You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt unauthorized access to any part of it or its systems.
3. Bookings and Reservations
a. Booking Process
When submitting a request for services such as car rentals, tours, transfers, or accommodations:
All information provided must be accurate and complete.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure services.
b. Pricing
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may change without notice. Once your booking is confirmed, the agreed price will remain fixed unless services or itinerary details are modified.
4. Payment Terms
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods. Full prepayment may be required depending on the nature of the service. All transactions are securely processed through our payment partners.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
a. Client Cancellations
Cancellations must be sent in writing. Refunds are subject to the following terms:
More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus transaction fees
15 to 29 days before departure: 50% refund
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
Services booked via third parties (e.g., hotels, event tickets) may be non-refundable depending on their individual policies.
b. Provider Cancellations
If Klee Mobility cancels a service due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund or an alternative of equal value.
6. Changes to Bookings
Change requests must be made in writing. We will do our best to accommodate modifications, but changes are subject to availability and may involve additional fees.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and other risks. Klee Mobility is not liable for delays, accidents, or losses incurred during your travel.
8. Liability Disclaimer
While we carefully select our partners and providers, Klee Mobility is not responsible for:
Errors or actions by third-party providers
Personal injury, property damage, or financial loss
Delays, cancellations, or disruptions due to force majeure (e.g., weather, strikes, political unrest)
Participation in any activity is voluntary and at your own risk.
9. Intellectual Property
All content found on kleemobility.com — including images, videos, text, and branding — is the property of Klee Mobility or its partners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
